For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at support@culturalgrim.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are available for size issues or wrong product delivery, free of cost.
  • The product must be in its original condition with the label attached.
  • Refunds are only provided in cases of defective products.
  • Returns (without defect issues) are accepted with a ₹100 deduction for reverse pickup.
  • Used, washed, or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No refunds for size issues, but free exchanges are allowed.

Shipping Policy
